For orders placed online, over the phone, or at a wholesale trade show

Products bought online have a returns period of 14 days.
Please return the items to us and we will provide a full refund.
Any returned items must be unused.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a product, please return it to us with a note explaining what exchange you would like.
We ask you to cover the postage of returning the items to us. We will cover the postage to send you your exchange.
Any items returned for exchange must be unused.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If a product is is faulty on arrival, or not as described, please return the product to us with an explanatory note informing us if you would like us to repair, replace or refund the item.
